Embracing the Future: Innovating 125 Years of Meat Inspection with AI and Machine Vision

Join Matt Scott as he shares ground-breaking results and insights from AsureQuality's world-first AI project to enhance the inspection of New Zealand’s second-largest export. By using unsupervised learning on images of beef carcasses, AI produced unexpected results. However, the technical solution is just one piece of the puzzle in this complex political and regulatory landscape - discover how Futures Thinking tools were used to unlock stakeholder engagement and position New Zealand at the leading edge of global change.
