This session can be done:

as a class activity - teachers project the webinar, while students have the opportunity to practice their skills on their own devices during the session
independently as an educator or a student

This Canva Essentials Skills session will empower educators and students by providing the foundational tools necessary to enhance teaching and learning through Canva for Education.

You will learn:

how prototyping helps bring student ideas to life
to navigate the Canva homepage, utilise the editor, customise templates, and explore various features designed to streamline the design process
to enable the creation of engaging educational materials with greater efficiency
how to provide a creative space for students to demonstrate their understanding
about Canva tools and techniques for creating digital products/prototypes as design thinking solutions for social enterprise

We will also take a look into Canva’s new release: Code for Me, which will allow educators and students to build your own digital tools, educational games, and virtual manipulatives.
