Step into a morning curated to gently connect you to yourself, to others, and to your creative flow.

Canvas & Coastline is a relaxed and nourishing beach gathering blending mindful art, movement, and connection. Whether you're coming alone, meeting new friends, or simply craving a morning of grounding, presence, and creative expression, this experience invites you to arrive exactly as you are.

As the sun rises over the water, join us for this peaceful morning of colour, creativity, and calm. There's no structure, no rules - just you, the canvas, and the beauty of the coastline. Let this be your morning to exhale, to create something playful, and to reconnect with yourself in nature's stillness.

All materials provided. No experience needed. Just come as you are!🌊🎨

✨Morning Flow:

7:00 AM - Arrival & Settle In

find your sot, meet new faces, and settle into the morning light.

7:15 AM - Introduction Circle

a gentle welcome and intention setting for the morning.

7:25 AM - Gentle Movement

stretch and move intuitively as a group to connect to the body.

7:30 AM - Grounded Journaling

reflect and connect inward with guided prompts around self-expression, creativity, and connection.

7:45 AM - Collaborative Group Canvas Activity

work together on large, shared canvases to explore co-creation and community art-making.

8:45 AM - Individual Canvases

each person begins their own canvas, painting and creating as they please.

9:45 AM - Closing Circle

a reflective moment to share insights, gratitude, and connection before wrapping up.

10:00 AM - Goodbyes and Pack Down

as we break down, you have the option to jump in the ocean following the session and feel free to grab a coffee/brekky with a group member if you'd like :)
