Cape Conran Ranger Talk
Event description
Cape Conran is one of the favorite places for visitors and locals alike, with tens of thousands of people each years coming to stay or for day visits!
Have you ever wondered about the important role this granite outcrop plays in the ecosystem!
Join Ranger Mike Irvine, who has exceptional knowledge of the coastline, both above the waterline and below, as he talks about the connection between sea and land, plants and animals, and Parks Victoria's role in showcasing and preserving this for future generations.
The walk will be under 2kms, walking on tracks with uneven surfaces. Please wear appropriate walking shoes.
This event is part of the 2023 East Gippsland Winter Festival, running from 9 June - 9 July. For the full festival program, please visit: https://egwinterfest.com.au/
