Description

Hosted by Central Tablelands Local Land Services, Capertee Valley Landcare and Biodiversity Conservation Trust, you’ll be taken on a ‘walk ‘n talk’ to better understand the flora and fauna of the Capertee Valley. 

Event details:

In these workshops hosted by Local Land Services in partnership with Landcare and the BCT, you’ll learn about: 

  • Native plants and animals. 

  • Private land conservation. 

  • The Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area.  

This event is for anyone who is interested in learning about native biodiversity in the Capertee Valley and adjacent Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. 

Additional details:

  • This event will be outside and on uneven terrain, so appropriate clothing and a moderate level of fitness will be required.

  • Lunch will be provided, so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

  • Please bring a chair to sit on and a mug to drink from.

  • 4WD recommended.
