2023 CAPILANO UNIVERSITY TEACHING AND LEARNING SYMPOSIUM

May 2 (Tuesday) is ONLINE.
May 3 (Wednesday) and May 4 (Thursday) are IN-PERSON on the 3rd floor of the Library Building, Main Campus, North Vancouver.

This three-day symposium is intended for faculty teaching at Capilano University to explore novel and innovative classroom pedagogies.

Connecting to the symposium theme Centering Health and Well-Being in Teaching and Learning, registered participants will benefit from

several invited Keynote Addresses from noted scholars,
fellow CapU colleagues' presentations, workshops, and topical roundtable discussions,
hearing the experiences of the 2023 Teaching Excellence Award recipients, and
connecting with colleagues over catered breaks and lunches (catered on May 3 and May 4).

Pre-Registration is required for EACH DAY of this Symposium to ensure room/active learning requirements, and to minimize food waste.

Coffee, tea, snacks, and lunch will be provided on May 3 and May 4.
