This competition is open to:

- anyone looking to get on the platform, including if you are a novice lifter

- someone looking for an early qualifier for 2025 CAPO Nationals

Details:

- CAPO rules (24 hour weigh in, 20kg deadlift bar)

CAPO rule book can be found here: WPC Rule Book

CAPO Powerlifting Membership will be required if you want to have you're results recognised and to qualify for nationals
