CAPO State Championships will be your chance to lifting against some of Queensland's best lifters! We will have amazing prizes thanks to our sponsors, the big prize going to overall winner on glossberenner- Open Male and Female raw plus will receive $500 towards accommodation for CAPO Nationals and Free entry.
