About Bella:

Bella (Instagram: @lunar__bel) is a Breathwork Facilitator and Astrologer. Bella has a deep passion for women’s health and healing. She uses the power of the breath to release stored emotions and trauma trapped in the body, allowing you to shift patterns and step forward in life. Bella teaches how to harness the breath to reconnect you to your intuition and inner magic.

About Breathwork:

Breathwork is a tool which blends science and spirituality to allow you to connect with your body, subconscious and intuition. It releases stored energy, trauma and emotions from the body, allowing you to shift patterns and step forward in life. It calms the nervous system, allowing us to step out of fight or flight and move into a healthy, parasympathetic nervous system response. By using our breath, we connect with our own inner magic and realign ourselves. Breathwork utilises conscious connected breathing patterns, meditations, music and (optional) energetic supportive touch. Breathwork may be uncomfortable for those with sensory issues and does have contraindications which are listed below, please be sure to review these and feel free to contact Bella with any questions.
