Welcome to your Capricorn Full Moon Goddess Circle

What is a Goddess circle?

Its a gathering of like minded women, who are curious to learn about themselves their sensuality, women who want to connect and move to raise their vibration.

By raising our own vibration, we empower ourselves and therefore one another and consequently we raise the vibration of the planet especially in these times.

Why we gather under the light of the full Moon?

We hope to harness the power, energy and light of the full moon and whatever may be happening astrologically. When we connect, to our "fullest Self" we are better able to connect to each other, to share, to learn and listen to their own intuitive guide (Our Heart).

We will move through an evening of connection, to one's self and the divine feminine within and each other.

Warm cacao will be served to nourish and revitalise us from within as well as to help us connect to the things that bring you joy and bliss . What's your Soul food?! We will set our intentions for the evening, take time to journal & release (AKA The Burn), participate in an eye gazing activity and gently move into some ecstatic dance (don't worry it's pretty dark so you can let your inner freak loose). We'll conclude the evening with a juicy and delicious savasana to the healing sound of crystal bowls which are tuned to the healing Earth frequency of 432hz.

Meditation You will be guided through a very simple moving meditation to get you into your body and out of our busy minds. Then you can let the music take over and let it move your body!

Movement is medicinal when paired with beautiful music its emotive.

Music has the ability to evoke powerful emotional responses such as chills and thrills in listeners. Positive emotions dominate musical experiences. Pleasurable music may lead to the release of neurotransmitters associated with reward, such as dopamine. Listening to music is an easy way to alter mood or relieve stress. when paired with movement or dance in safe and judgement free zone it equals bliss.

Come with an open heart and mind and let the music move through you and shake off whatever is keeping you feeling heavy and stuck.

Our intention is you leave feeling al little more connected to your body, refreshed, lighter and more reconnected to your soul's purpose which is to be happy and free.

This is a safe space for women to be themselves without judgement. Come and let your hair down literally and let your inner wild feminine goddess free! We hope to create a container that amplifies our energy of connection and shared intention of reconnection with the divine feminine within.

Your Host & Facilitator - Jax B.A majors in Psychology and Latin American Studies, A Yoga & Breath work teacher, hypnotherapist and Women's Circle Facilitator. Jax recently completed her certificate in Hypnosis and loves to fuse her passion for words and deep hypnotic trance into her work to help us do "the work" of better discovering who we are.
