We’re taught that caring is a good thing. And it is, until caring becomes worrying, overthinking, taking responsibility for everyone else, or doing things because we’re afraid of what might happen if we don’t.

Often, underneath that caring is self-doubt, worrying what people think, whether we’re doing enough, or whether we’re getting it right.

We think it’s better to care deeply without carrying everything. We want to share how you can feel more confident in yourself, trust your own judgement and stop letting worry run the show.
