Event description

Historically, individuals often pursued a single career throughout their working lives. However, in contemporary times, it's becoming increasingly common for people to change careers multiple times over the course of their lifetime.

Factors influencing career changes include shifts in industries, technological advancements, changes in personal life circumstances, interests or priorities, economic conditions, and opportunities for advancement or higher income. Some estimates suggest that millennials may have as many as 12-15 different jobs over their lifetime, which could encompass several different careers. Ultimately, there is no fixed number of careers that everyone will have in their lifetime, as it varies greatly depending on individual circumstances and choices.
