Career Q&A with Alicia Scott

Alicia Scott joins me for Career Q&A in June. This is a terrific opportunity to hear from an Executive woman who has had a stellar career, across two disciplines in the traditionally male-dominated field of engineering.

About Alicia 

Alicia Scott, Director, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management at ON Semiconductor, has spent the past 22 years working her way through the engineering and now human resources career ladder to build a best-in-class organization. 

Alicia is a results-oriented leader who delivers using open communication and a data-driven approach to direct global teams, influence stakeholders and achieve goals for re-positioning the business. At the direction of the board and executive team, she has developed a comprehensive global D&I strategy including metrics that are part of business performance goals resulting in 3% net improvement in diversity metrics in 1st year. 

Alicia is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where she received her BS in Microelectronic Engineering and Arizona State University- W.P. Carey School of Business where she earned her MBA. 

In her free time, Alicia can be found spending time with her husband, enjoying sports, and traveling
