Pamela has been leading groups for parents and caregivers since 2020. She is a rare mom as well as a writer, with a Master's in Social Work, and a graduate of Princeton University.

She's passionate about learning and sharing all the science-based tools for stress reduction which can change your brain and make each day a little easier.
