CARERS SELF DEFENSE SESSION & MORNING TEA AT KETTLE BLACK

Eligible unpaid carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like carers who live in your local community.

Description of the event: Carers are invited to an outdoor self defense session at Eastern Reserve in South Melbourne followed by morning tea at Kettle Black cafe: 50 Albert Road South Melbourne (approx. 9 minute walk)

** The Carer Respite team will be in touch will be in touch with all Carers about alternative arrangements 48 hours prior to this event if rain is forecast. 

Date: Friday 19th April

Time: 10am-12pm

Venue: Eastern reserve 141 Park Street South Melbourne (for Self Defense session - meeting landmark = ) then as a group we will walk to Kettle Black
