CARERS FOUR WEEK PILATES COURSE AT CLUB LIME OAKLEIGH
Eligible unpaid Carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like Carers who live in your local community.
Description of the event: Carers are invited to attend a four-week Pilates course at Club Lime in Oakleigh
Date: Thursday 4th, 9th, 11th & 18th April
Time: 11:00-11:45am (Please arrive 10 minutes prior to session) Venue: 1/104 Ferntree Gully Rd, Oakleigh.
Type of Event: Carers Only
Event Details: Carers are invited to attend a small class environment on reformer Pilates machines, where you will learn about building core strength and other Pilates fundamentals. This course is for any ability and we encourage new Carers to come and try.
