Carers Walking Group

Gateway Health’s Carer Support Program and Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect Centre are pleased to invite Carers in the Wodonga region to join our weekly walking group — an opportunity to connect, socialise, and build lasting relationships in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Meeting Points:

• For Carers wishing to complete a longer walk:
  Meet at Gateway Health, 155 High Street, Wodonga, VIC 3690, at 10:00 AM.

• For Carers preferring a shorter walk or a more relaxed pace:
  Join us at Sumsion Gardens (near the children’s playground) at 10:30 AM.

Participation in the walk is optional. Carers are warmly welcome to simply sit, enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Sumsion Gardens, and engage in conversation with fellow Carers and support staff.

Please remember to wear sunscreen and bring a hat to protect yourself from the sun.
