South Coast Arts is running a group songwriting workshop for carers in a safe, welcoming environment.

No musical experience is needed - just a willingness to share and connect.

Through guided storytelling, collaborative lyric writing and live music, carers will work together to create a professionally produced original song.

It's a chance to reflect, connect with others who understand the caring journey, and build lasting relationships within your community.

The workshop includes a shared catered lunch and an intimate live performance by musician Anthony Snape, offering more relaxed time to connect over conversation.
