Carey Cocktail Party 2024 - A Night at The Forum

Join us for the only whole school event in 2024 and enjoy being part of our amazing community.
Prepare to be swept away by a night of pure opulence and excitement within the Forum Theatre. Enjoy a night with friends in a stunning room designed to evoke a Florentine walled garden, complete with a cerulean-blue ceiling sprinkled with lights like twinkling stars, mimicking a twilight sky.
On the night beneath this sky you will enjoy a cocktail style event with a fabulous live entertainment performance, dancing with a DJ, a delicious and substantial menu of hot and cold canapes along with sparking, white and red wines, a range of beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
If you fancy something in addition there will also be a cash bar to purchase other beverages.
Tickets are on sale 17th May, 2024 at midday.
Ticket Options
- Individual Tickets $195 per person
- VIP BOOTH (8 guests per booth)
Book a booth and elevate your evening to the next level. VIP booths include the ticket price for eight guests and a private reserved space on this night to remember. In addition to the canapes and beverages included in an individual ticket your group will receive 2 bottles of French Champagne and a platter of antipasto & cheese. This is to be enjoyed in comfort whilst taking in the best views of the live entertainment performance and within a close proximity to the DJ and the dance floor.
- Front Row Booth $2,300 (7 booths only)
- Second Row Booth $2,200 (7 booths only)
Please note you will need to complete each guest's name and email when booking
Please be aware that you have 20 minutes to book your tickets before you are timed-out, so we recommend having all the information you need before purchasing your tickets.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have any dietary requirements please specify these when prompted on the 'Ticket Holders Information' page.
Dietary requirements that can be catered for include: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free/coeliac, dairy/lactose free and nut free along with allergies.
Guests who have other specific dietary requirements will need to pay an additional fee of $25 to have a chef prepare your specific meal. Please email the committee.
An area will be set up on the night for guests with dietary requirements to visit and you will receive your own dish if your dietary isn't already covered by the menu selection.

Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event providing we can accommodate through the event’s minimum number or a waitlist.
