Caring for Country: Storytelling with Lille Madden
Event description
Families are invited to join proud Arrernte, Bundjalung and Kalkadoon woman from Gadigal land Lille Madden for an hour of storytelling to learn about the rich history, culture and knowledge of Australia’s First People, and the ways we can all be custodians for our country into the future.
This event will be held on Gadigal Land. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded, and that this always was and always will be Aboriginal land. We pay respect to the Elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, the traditions and culture.
Lille Madden, host
Lille Madden is a proud Arrernte, Bundjalung and Kalkadoon woman from Gadigal country.
