Join Randa Habelrih, founder of Autism MATES and Jen Nathan from Asista Parent/Carer Training and Support for an information session designed for parents and caregivers who may support someone living with a disability.

This session will explore:

· Managing stress, emotions and burnout

· Navigating systems, services and support

· What real self-care looks like for your life

· Learn about the different ways you can remain connected while being in a caring role.

· Find out about local support services and programs

· Connect with fellow parents and caregivers who truly understand the journey.

Randa Habelrih Award-winning speaker, author and founder of Autism MATES, a not-for-profit organisation that supports young autistic people by providing them with social inclusion opportunities to create a sense of community and belonging.

Jen Nathan brings compassion and care while drawing on her leadership experience in NDIS and disability support sectors to work with families on solutions that bring clarity, ease and confidence. Her wealth of experience results in improved health outcomes for parents and carers, and as a result, the people in their care.
