Connecting Parents and Carers with Supports Across Ballarat and the Central Highlands
Are you caring for a child, young person or family member with disability, developmental delay, chronic illness or additional support needs?
Delivered by Carers Victoria in partnership with the City of Ballarat this workshop helps carers understand the importance of prioritising their own health and wellbeing while balancing caring responsibilities. Participants will explore common barriers to self-care, gain practical strategies to support their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and have opportunities to connect with supports across Ballarat and the Central Highlands.

Kim Repcak is a Carer Educator at Carers Victoria. She enjoys supporting carers to maximise their own health whilst performing their valuable caring role.
