Caring for Yourself Through Menopause is a free, virtual program where you’ll learn more about living well with menopause from WHC’s registered dietician.

Join us for this one-hour session where you’ll:

· Explore the three phases of menopause

· Learn more about your symptoms

· Get tools to meet your changing nutritional needs

This workshop takes place online. You will be sent a Microsoft Teams link 24 hours before each session – you can join from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. There are two dates available, please register for only one.
