A Colourful Storm presents Carla dal Forno's Confession album launch, with two shows, on Wednesday April 22 and Thursday April 23. Please note these tickets are for the second show only.
Confession is an album of quiet upheaval. An album about closeness that arrives late and unexpectedly. About stability rubbing up against desire. About the way friendship can suddenly tilt into something charged - and how that charge unsettles everything around it. Arriving on dal Forno's own Kallista Records, it is her fourth album, following seminal sides for Blackest Ever Black and a recent compilation appearance on A Colourful Storm. Carla dal Forno performs only her second and third Melbourne shows in close to a decade.ย
Support on both nights comes from Blue Communications, who's recent single and forthcoming debut album we're enamored with, and Early World, the newly formed duo of DIY multi-instrumentalists Francis Plagne and Mary MacDougall.
