Carnaval da Comunidade do Samba 2026!

Join us for this special edition: Carnaval da Comunidade do Samba — the biggest samba celebration in Brisbane, inspired by the vibrant street parties and samba school rehearsals of Brazil.

Experience live samba music, drumming, dance, and the joyful energy of Brazil’s Carnival right here in the heart of the city. From Rio’s “Ensaio das Escolas de Samba” to Belo Horizonte’s “Bloquinhos de Rua,” we’ll bring the true Carnival atmosphere to Soapbox Brewing.

This edition features blocos performing throughout the venue, a lively Roda de Samba with special guests, dancers, and the contagious rhythm of Samba Enredo, Samba Reggae, Maracatu, Marchinhas, and Frevo.
