Carols at the Club

Celebrate the season by the water at Carols at the Club, hosted at Beaumaris Motor Yacht Squadron in support of BayCISS, the Bayside Community Information & Support Service.

From 5pm the BMYS Bar will be open, food trucks will be serving, and our sausage sizzle sponsored by All Commercial & All Residential Real Estate will be fired up. You can pre-order a cheese plate, or charcuterie plate from the BMYS kitchen. If you’d prefer to pack your own picnic, bring it along and spread out a rug on the lawn (please note this is a licensed event, so no BYO alcohol).

General admission tickets give you access to the lawn area to set up your picnic blanket, while grandstand seating guarantees you a reserved spot on one of our tiered stands with great views of the stage. Limited reserved parking is available, though we encourage walking from home where possible to make arrival and departure easier.

Santa will make his big entrance at 8:15pm, handing out free ice creams to the kids, and the night will finish with a spectacular fireworks display over the bay.

This community celebration is proudly presented by BMYS and the Beaumaris-Mordialloc Baptist Church, with the support of Bendigo Bank Parkdale, All Commercial & All Residential Real Estate, and the Beaumaris RSL Sub-Branch. Every dollar raised goes directly to BayCISS to support local families in need.

Carols by the Bay – Ticket Information & Conditions

We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable night by the water. Here’s what you need to know before you come along:

• Tickets & Entry
  Tickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the event. After that, they’re non-refundable unless we have to cancel due to extreme weather. You’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else if you can’t make it. Please have your ticket ready at the gate. Our team may check bags and we reserve the right to refuse entry if needed.

• Kids
  Children are very welcome but must be with a parent or guardian at all times.

• Food & Drinks
  The BMYS Bar will be open and drinks can be purchased on site. As this is a licensed event, no BYO alcohol is allowed. You can pre-order food from the club kitchen, enjoy the sausage sizzle or food trucks, or bring your own picnic.

• Pets
  Please leave pets at home. Only registered assistance animals are allowed.

• Fireworks & Music
  The night will include amplified music and a fireworks finale. It may be loud for young children or anyone sensitive to noise.

• Weather
  Carols by the Bay is an outdoor event and will go ahead rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather, we may need to cancel. If that happens, your ticket price (excluding booking fees) will be refunded.

• Safety & Responsibility
  Everyone attends at their own risk. BMYS and event partners can’t take responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to your belongings.

• Photography
  The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional use. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let the photographer know on the night.
