Event description

Looking to change your career, or get a taste for the trades?

With sessions on Carpentry and Electrical, these upcoming Taster Days will give you a sense of what kind of trade appeals to you, how much training it takes to get into the workforce and what job opportunities await you. This event is Carpentry.

Different sessions include different trades, so check out the list to make sure you hit the ones that appeal to you. You’ll get stuck into some hands-on activities so you’ll get to give it a go. Make sure you wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit grubby.

You’ll see our facilities—we have great workshops full of cutting-edge tools. And you’ll get to meet our wonderful staff and ask questions about their experiences.

Explore the trades and find the programme that’s right for you.

Morning and afternoon tea breaks will take place with drinks provided. Bring your own lunch with you, and hang out with the team if you intend to attend both morning and afternoon sessions.

Please register via the links on our website to ALL events you wish to attend. You may attend as many as you like.
