This meeting is in-person only; some of the presentations will be recorded and made available after the conference. Both active participants in the experiment and anyone interested in recent advances in this field are invited to attend. Presentations are expected from independent assessors and from successful structure predictors. Discussions, poster presentations, and a job fair are also planned.

Due to the extremely tight funding situation, we do not anticipate awarding outstanding predictor fellowships to attend this meeting.

Meeting location: The Grand Palladium Resort and Conference Center in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (Kiskéya).

Meeting dates: December 1 (3:00PM room check-in, sessions start at 5PM) – December 4 (12:00PM room check-out, lunch will be available), 2024.

Airport: The closest international airport with direct connections to Europe and the United States is Punta Cana, approximately 25 minutes from the hotel.

The total cost for conference registration and three days all-inclusive accommodation is $1,795 for a shared room (per person), and $2,065 for a single room.

Accommodation fees include a WELCOME RECEPTION and CONFERENCE GALA DINNER. Conference registration is only available with the all-inclusive accommodation at the Grand Palladium resort. Please do not book lodging separately.

Children

Children up to two years old stay free of charge, children older than 12 years old are considered adults. If you plan to attend with children 2-12 years old, please contact the host.

Rate hold

The Rate hold option ($50 fee that will be used towards registration costs) is no longer available. People who requested this option will be contacted individually.
