WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: -
- Meet: 10am in the car park. We have a grey Hyundai 4WD LND 692. I wear an Aussie Akubra Hat. Mob: 0279300770
- Carpool from ChCh:: Email anita@whhnz.com to connect with others
- Refrain from COFFEE, black tea and sugar all day
- Fast from 9am. (3-4h before we drink the Cacao around 1pm)
- CaCao is NOT SUITABLE for anyone on Heart Medications although you CAN still take part in the ceremony without consuming it. If this applies to you, let me know. (Raw CaCao increases blood flow to the brain and heart by 30-40%, as it acts as a vasodilator opening blood vessels, reducing blood pressure if it is high.)
- Refrain from drinking water during the ceremony because it dilutes the Cacao and its potency. However staying hydrated earlier and after is important.
WHAT TO BRING: -
- Yoga mat or picnic rug to lay on
- Warm blanket or sleeping bag
- Eye mask
- 2-3 ltrs of water or coconut water
- Or empty bottles to collect spring water
- Sunscreen and sunhat
- Warm and wet weather gear
- Backpack
- Food for after the ceremony or drive home
- Hiking/walking shoes (you can go barefoot)
