Exploring the deeper pockets of dub, house, electro, jazz, hip hop, world beats and beyond, Casual Collusion is party in the true sense of the word - making connections between people, each other and music.
The day will be hosted by two likeminded DJ crews - Got Music Social Club and Off The Top Radio, coming together for the very first time and bringing with them music made to open hearts and minds.
Got Music Social Club regulars Jay White, Lyndon and Sinclair bring with them years of serious collecting, as well as experience DJing a wide array of raves, clubs and radio in Sydney and overseas for the past three decades. Younger guns Off The Top Radio DJs Bill Posters and Down2 have been hosting parties such as Dance4Daylight, bringing much joy to the people via their online mixes and possessing a musical pedigree beyond their years.
Joining us on the day are very special guests Barney Kato and Natalie Lawrence. A steadfast icon of good times and exceptionally diverse DJ sets, Kato really needs no introduction and we can’t wait to hear what he pulls from his collection to share with us on the day.
Natalie Lawrence is a DJ and designer who is responsible for the classy and expertly curated Moral Laxa event, well known for her soul soaked selections and stylish sound.
Come and join us on the 21st in the outdoor courtyard at the Gladstone Hotel in Chippendale. Casual Collusion is an all inclusive, safe space.
