Catalina Club four-course dinner & wine degustation with Hoddles Creek

This June we are taking taste buds on a gastronomic journey with our latest wine experience in partnership with Victoria's leading vineyard family, Hoddles Creek wines. In our first degustation evening of 2025, we will feature a four-course dining spectacular paired with a host of exclusive wines brought by Hoddles Creek family member and wine guru, Franco D'Anna.

Catalina's award-winning Head Chef, Atick, will be flexing his culinary talents, honed within some of Sydney’s finest restaurants, to prepare a season-focused menu paired with Franco D'Anna's tasting notes for these special wines.

The event will be held on Tuesday 24th June from 5.30 pm in a private dining room with limited ticket availability. First course served promptly at 6pm. 

The Catalina four-course evening degustation and wine event is now on sale for $120 per person, which includes all booking fees.

Ticket holders to this event will be able to exclusively pre-order cases of the wines they have enjoyed at the event.

Seating will be in banquet style formation and seats are allocated via this site booking system seat map.
