Catalina Club five course dinner & wine chef's degustation

This July we are taking taste buds on a gastronomic journey with our latest wine experience in partnership with Oatley Fine Wine Merchants. In our second degustation evening event over the past twelve months, we will feature a five-course dining spectacular paired with a host of new wines to our clubhouse.
Catalina Head Chef, Atick, will be flexing his culinary talents, honed within some of Sydney’s finest restaurants, to prepare a season-focused menu to celebrate deep winter.
The event will be held on Tuesday 23rd July from 5.30 pm in a private dining room with limited ticket availability. There will be a sparkling wine on arrival, with the first course served at 6pm.
The Catalina five-course evening degustation and wine event is now on sale for $129 per person, which includes all booking fees.
Tickets and seat selection are through this new ticketing partner, Humantix. This ticketing platform is committed to positive community change and the young Australian entrepreneurs that created Humantix have already ploughed $10.5 million from booking fees back to good causes.
Ticket holders to this event will be able to exclusively pre-order cases of the wines they have enjoyed at the event.
Seating will be in banquet style formation and seats are allocated via this site booking system seat map.
