Catalyst Foundations is a practical, facilitated 5-hour cohort workshop, complemented by a 1-hour one-to-one post workshop follow-up session focused on your project with further Q&A and guidance to move your project forward.

Designed specifically for first-time and early-stage food and beverage founders, the programme helps participants gain clarity before committing significant time and money to a new venture. Delivered in a small online cohort (up to 6 start-ups/businesses), this highly interactive workshop combines structured tools, real-world F&B examples, and peer discussion to help you evaluate your concept through a commercial lens.

Practical pre-work ensures you arrive prepared and ready to maximise the value of the session. Participants will also receive a workbook containing practical tools and frameworks that will be introduced during the workshop and that can be further developed afterwards in preparation for the one-to-one follow-up session.
