Raise awareness & Raise a Glass with Us!

Catalyst Kitchens invites all restaurant industry professionals and supporters of our mission and members to join us for a networking event in Chicago ahead of the National Restaurant Show.

At this event, you will join us to:

• Enjoy food and drinks from businesses in the Hatchery, a nonprofit food incubator on Chicago's west side.
• Hear from Impact Culinary, graduates, staff, and founder, Chef Rick Bayless.
• View the debut screening of a 20-minute documentary about Catalyst Kitchens' work, featuring Chicago programs.

The event is free to attend, but does include a suggested donation to support Catalyst Kitchens' national work and the local programs changing lives and supporting the restaurant industry in Chicago. Here are our suggestions:

• $50 help to support the social enterprises of our members like Inspiration Kitchens.
• $100 contribute to the Chicago community and the dues of members in this region.
• $250 support our national mission and the work of member programs across the country.
