Catalytic Thinking for Capacity Builders

A 4 hour, practice-based session with Hildy Gottlieb.

Who this is for

People whose mahi is to help organisations do their best work: capacity builders,

advisors, funders and philanthropy staff, backbone and collective impact teams,

council and agency community advisors, sector peak bodies, governance support roles, coaches, consultants and trainers.

Why come

When you support others to thrive, the questions you ask can unlock entirely new

pathways. In this interactive session, you’ll learn practical, question-led approaches you can apply immediately in meetings, workshops, coaching and governance development.

Bring

A realworld situation you’re supporting (e.g., a governance challenge, a funding

conversation, a stuck collaborative). You’ll apply the tools to that context during the session.
