CATCH & RELEASE
This is the first expansion from our men's circles.
After over 18 months of running the circles, we felt it was time to step up and offer more to the community.
Here we introduce Catch & Release; A 5 Hour workshop tailored specifically to MEN who are looking to own the way they feel and have a safe space to be held in those emotions to let them go.
What's Included:
- Movement, Breathwork and Cacao to drop us into our bodies.
- Learning about the Sacredness of Ceremony.
- A workshop on traumas, relationships and connection to the earth and its elements.
- Connecting to a community of like-minded MEN.
- Having space to be heard fully.
- Having a space to be seen fully.
- Having a space to let go of feelings that no longer serve.
- Accountability action steps.
- Integration
What's needed from you?
- Honesty - For yourself.
- A willingness to surrender to the process.
- Towel.
- Waterbottle.
- A plate of food.
- Swimwear
- Loose and casual workout attire.
- Any medication you may need.
Location
The location has now been confirmed at Namasteam in South Fremantle. 384 SOUTH TERRACE, SOUTH FREMANTLE, PERTH WA 6162
The space itself is safe for all men.
Nothing will be shared outside of the space and we set the intention to leave all of what we share in the space at the space, so we can go home to our families, friends and lives that little bit lighter.

The cost for the session will be $120.
We also have a PAY IT FORWARD incentive so if there is anyone who is struggling financially and can't make it, this can help to cover the cost of their attendance (This will be 100% anonymous).
