For nearly 30 years, Catherine Ingram has been leading Dharma Dialogues across cities around the world. Catherine is an international dharma teacher with communities in the U.S., Europe, and Australia. Dharma Dialogues are public events that encourage the intelligent use of awareness within one’s personal life and in one’s community, and we are thrilled to be hosting Catherine in Melbourne to extend this experience to our community.

This Dharma Dialogue gathering is an opportunity to arrive in a beautiful, calm space, slow down and tune into a mindful practice guided by one of the world’s leading spiritual teachers in presence and awareness, and engage in, or if you prefer to listen to, dialogue around meaning in the midst of uncertainty and how best we can embody the practice of presence into our everyday lives. A salve for this moment in time.

About Catherine Ingram:

Catherine Ingram is an author and international dharma teacher. She currently serves on the boards of Living Dharma (as founder and president), and of Global Animal (an animal rights organization) and Resilient Byron, which is organizing emergency as well as regenerative plans for the shires of Byron Bay and Ballina. Since 1991, Catherine has led Dharma Dialogues and silent retreats throughout the world. She produces a bi-monthly podcast called In the Deep with Catherine Ingram, recorded from sessions of Dharma Dialogues.
