Catherine McAuley 2024 Fundraising Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Catherine McAuley College Parent Engagement Committee once again hosted another successful year of fundraising events in 2023. With 2 years of running these events, it’s certainly created a buzz of fun, it brought the school community together and ultimately has allowed the school to purchase equipment that will enhance students education and overall wellbeing.

This year, 2024 is set to create even more fun with the following 2 events:

Sip & Paint | Friday 17th May 2024

Trivia Night | Friday 26th October 2024

These events are not possible without local businesses support and therefore we are on a mission to seek sponsorship for the above events in 2024. Due to popular demand in 2023 there will be a dual sponsorship opportunity available as well as individual event opportunities.

Dual Event Sponsorship or Single Event | Investment $550 for dual or $275 (inc GST)

Inclusions:

• Pre and post event social media post
• Name mention on the night by MC
• Signage on the screens across the night
• Opportunity to erect signage (business supply)

Bar Sponsorship | Investment $1100 (inc GST) – 2 available (1 for each event)

There will be a dedicated bar at both events, where there will be the opportunity to have signage at the bar. There will also be an opportunity to have signage at all bar tables e.g. business cards. Your business will be individually featured & tagged in all event pre and post Facebook posts. Your logo will also be on a loop on the 2 TV screens in the casino & trivia room.

Prize Sponsorship Opportunities

If the above sponsorship options don’t suit, we welcome prize sponsorships for the raffle at the end of the events. There will be various prizes on offer on the night. This will include:

• Best Dressed (Trivia)
• Raffle Draw (Both events)
• Lucky Door (Both events)
• Winning Team (Trivia)
• Losing Team (Trivia)

For your prize sponsorship contribution your business will be individually featured & tagged in all event pre and post facebook posts and your business mentioned on the night by the event MC.
