Cava and Caviar

Join us in welcoming Xavier Domenech Vidal, sommelier and Commercial Director of Naveran.  This estate dates back to the 11th century in Alt Penedés and has winemaking origins from the mid 19th.  Today's iteration of Naveran began in 1984 and the ownership of Michel Gilleron Parellada de Naveran.  VinoTeca loves this family's commitment to sustainability and tradition, and we have sold for their wines since we opened. 

For this event, Xavi and Olé Imports' Nicolas Quiñones will be showcasing 5 cavas all poured from large format bottles.  The VinoTeca team will pair 3 unique caviars using different formats. Toasts by Rachel will also present meat and cheese to compliment.
