Jarod Smith
Jarod Smith is the Lead Pastor of New Tribe Church (Mount Juliet, Tennessee) and a former Army veteran whose life was radically transformed by Jesus after 9/11. With a passion for discipleship, revival, and the work of the Holy Spirit, Jarod leads people to deeper faith, lasting freedom, and a life fully surrendered to Christ.

Jordan Hansen
Jordan Hansen is the Lead Pastor of Christian Life Center (Dayton, Ohio) and a dynamic leader with a passion for discipleship, biblical truth, and spiritual growth. Known for his engaging teaching and genuine heart for people, Jordan challenges men to follow Jesus wholeheartedly, lead with conviction, and live lives of lasting Kingdom impact.

Mark Pepin
Mark Pepin serves as a pastor at Church 3434 and is a key leader with Cavetime, where he is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus and walk in authentic discipleship. Known for his practical wisdom, servant leadership, and heart for men’s ministry, Mark challenges others to pursue a deeper faith, stronger relationships, and a life fully surrendered to God’s purpose.

FAQs
- What is the lodging setup?
Lodging accommodations are cabin style. Each cabin is furnished with bunks and has a shared bathroom for guests. Bedding, pillows and towels are not included.
- Are all meals included?
Yes. All meals are included with your ticket purchase. This includes dinner on Thursday, breakfast / lunch / dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. The Canteen will be open if you would like to purchase any additional snacks or beverages.
- What should I pack?
Bring casual clothes (workout clothes if you're planning to join the workout), Bible, notebook, fishing gear (if fishing), bedding (sheets / sleeping bag, pillow), personal snacks (all meals provided), jacket or hoodie, towel, and shower shoes.
- What is the difference between VIP and General Admission?
VIP ticket holders will receive a SWAG box at registration, access to exclusive (optional) sessions, nightly snacks / beverages, and access to digital keynotes after conference.
- Am I required to have a fishing license?
No fishing license is required to fish at Frontier Cove. You just need to bring your own fishing equipment.
- Are RV hookups available?
We have 8 RV hookups available. They are equipped with water and electric. RV accommodations are no additional charge.
- What time is check-in?
Check in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 1st, 2026.
- When does the conference end?
Conference will conclude around 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 3rd. Camp is closed at 12:00 PM.
- What if I can't sleep in the bunkhouse?
There are RV hookups available and tent camping is optional. Although we highly recommend all guests staying in the cabins, if that is not possible for you - we do have discounted hotel rooms available in Pryor, OK at the Holiday Inn Express. Just say you are with Cavetime to receive our special rate.
- How far is Frontier Cove from the Tulsa Airport?
Frontier Cove is approximately one hour from the Tulsa International Airport.
