Benefitting from a multifaceted background spanning credit lending, business analysis, digital commerce, and litigation funding, she has successfully established three fintech enterprises, demonstrating her distinct aptitude for innovation. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she holds a seat on the board of OneMaronite, a testament to her expansive vision and commitment to philanthropy.

Mona consistently seeks to surpass conventional boundaries, continuously innovating to offer exceptional financial services to her clients. The industry has recognised her untiring dedication and hard work, marking her as a finalist in the 2022 Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards and bestowing upon her the notable title of Business of the Year from Canterbury Bankstown Chambers of Commerce in 2022.

Away from her professional pursuits, she remains committed to personal development. She is currently undertaking a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Technology Sydney, signifying her enduring commitment to the acquisition of knowledge and self-improvement.
