    Event description

The SunBears host Canberra Blues Society February Blues Jam.

Throwing everything they have into each note The SunBears are a fully immersive, energetic and original contemporary blues trio with the sort of show you have to see, to believe!

2021 saw the boys bang out their third single ‘Devil Smile’. The single rocketed to the #1 spot on AMRAP National Metro Charts and remained in the top 10 AMRAP Metro charts for 5 weeks. The single also earned a semi-final spot in the International Songwriting Competition. The boys also played numerous festivals and sold out shows up and down the East Coast of Australia.

2022 is shaping up to be a wild ride. The bands fourth single ‘Naughty Boy’ is due for release in January with shows already booked at major festivals like The Thredbo Blues Festival, Bendigo Blues and Roots Festival and nationally touring Torch Festival.

Sweating like maniacs as they perform each song with their hearts out for all to see, The SunBears are not just another Blues band…they will entertain you, make you move and most definitely make you love the Blues!
