Big changes are coming to residential appraisal reports. Beginning November 2, 2026, appraisal reports for loans involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will transition to the new UAD 3.6 appraisal format.
Join CCAR for a practical, easy-to-understand seminar with Anthony Young, Market Analyst and Appraiser, as he explains what is changing, what the new appraisal reports will look like, and what REALTORS® can do now to help prepare their buyers, sellers, and transactions.

Changes to the appraisal report and how the new format differs from the forms REALTORS® are familiar with
What the changes mean for REALTORS®, including how to prepare and what information may be helpful to provide
What buyers and sellers should expect, including more detailed property information and potentially longer appraisal visits
New photo and documentation requirements and how agents can help support a smoother appraisal process
