As part of our Mental Health Week activities, parents are warmly invited to join us for a special community yoga session focused on the connection between mind, body and wellbeing.

The session will be led by Nicole Lamb, who works with our Year 9 students through the On Queenslea Drive program. Nicole regularly facilitates yoga and wellbeing workshops with the boys, and we are pleased to extend this opportunity to parents across our school community.

The session will provide an opportunity to slow down, move, reset and experience some of the ways mindful movement can support our mental health and overall wellbeing.

This event is primarily for parents and guardians across the school community. Students are also very welcome to attend alongside a parent or guardian.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. A limited number of mats will also be available for those who do not have one.

Places are limited, and registration is essential.

No previous yoga experience is required. Whether you regularly practise yoga or are trying it for the first time, we would love to have you join us for an hour dedicated to movement, connection and wellbeing.
