Event description
Tiny Town: An Interactive Road Safety Experience for Children (3-8 years old)
In this experience, the town mascot, Cautious Cassowary, will introduce children to the Stop, Look, Listen, and Think road safety message. They will then have the opportunity to reinforce the message through guided, interactive play. They may choose to be a car or bike and navigate stop signs, traffic lights, and roundabouts, or be a pedestrian who wants to safely make it from school to the shops!
At the end of the session, children will receive a Tiny Town booklet to take home which can be used to reinforce the "Stop, Look, Listen, Think" message in real life!
CCM Open Play (ages 1+)
Children are invited to engage in imaginative play and Transportation Themed STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) with their accompanying adult! The open play session runs for 2 hours, you may choose when to arrive and leave.
