About the course

This FREE course will be presented over two

4-hour sessions on 23rd and 30th August. Participants will need to attend both sessions.

The Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT™) short course is taught worldwide, bringing insights and techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice to the general public.

This August, CCT™ will be taught in Kensington, offering practical skills to help you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you from a place of greater understanding, joy, and purpose.

The training integrates evidence-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions, and lectures as well as real world exercises to put learning into practice.
