CDH: Future Talent Showcase Engagement Opportunities for Industry

CDH is helping industry leaders access future talent pipelines.

Student and graduate talent is a great way to bring new energy and adaptable potential into your team. 

Cremorne Digital Hub has curated an exhibition of teams from Victorian Universities, TAFEs and other career pathway providers to help Tech Leads and Hiring Managers explore the myriad opportunities for engaging students and graduates. Through programs like internships, mentoring, graduate placements, industry projects and more, Industry Tech Leaders can incorporate fresh perspectives in their projects, scale their team, leverage new pipelines of diverse talent or benefit from the skills of subject matter experts. 


What’s on the agenda?

3:30 PM: Welcome and introduction

3:35PM - 4:05PM - Fireside Chat Session 1: This 15-minute fireside chat will feature selected industry partners, students from TAFE, University and accredited education providers sharing their experience participating with showcased programs – the process, expectations and potential outcomes

3:50PM - Fireside Chat Session 2: The second 15-minute fireside chat will explore how the showcased programs can be a vehicle for tech organisations to develop diversity in their workforce. Participants include industry leaders, education providers and not-for-profit organisations.

4:05PM - PItch in a minute! Each exhibitor will get 1 minute to pitch their organisation to industry attendees to showcase their offerings and unique talent opportunities

4:15PM - Networking and Showcase Expo: Connect with industry leaders, educators, and exhibitors during this 70 to 80-minute networking session, and explore different talent pathways.
