This Intro to Blender workshop is designed to give you a practical starting point in 3D creation using one of the most powerful, free and widely used tools in the industry. Blender is used across animation, games, visual effects, and product visualisation, and this session focuses on building confidence with the fundamentals.

You’ll be introduced to Blender’s interface, navigation, and core 3D concepts. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how to move and shape objects in 3D space, apply simple materials, and set up a scene ready for presentation.

Rather than overwhelming you with complexity, the workshop emphasises clear workflows and essential techniques that form the foundation of all 3D work. 

This workshop is ideal for beginners curious about 3D. By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own simple 3D scene and gained the confidence to continue exploring Blender independently.
