Ecstatic Dance, Cacao & Sound Journey w Cedar Roots [Canada]

ECSTATIC DANCE CHRISTCHURCH PRESENTS:

Cedar Roots: Ecstatic Dance, Cacao & Sound Journey

Join us for an unforgettable evening with our special guests from Canada, Cedar Roots, as they bring their soulful sound and vibrant energy to Aotearoa!

Get ready to dive into an immersive journey of connection, movement, music and heart—a beautiful fusion of Ecstatic Dance, Cacao and sound that invites you to let go, open up and celebrate life together.

Rooted in a deep love of nature, community and authentic connection, Cedar Roots weave together Ecstatic Dance, a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, sound healing and electro-folk music to create a space where you can let go, move freely and reconnect with yourself and others.

Come as you are and be guided through an evening of cacao, rhythm, soulful sounds and ecstatic movement - a chance to soften, open, express and celebrate life together.

Born among the ancient cedars near Mystic Beach, Cedar Roots carry the feeling of coming home into their music and gatherings. Their adventures have taken them across Canada, the U.K., North America and the Hawaiian Islands, sharing music, dance and community wherever the path leads.

Come move. Come listen. Come connect. Come home to yourself.

This event is for adults only.

Please bring your own water bottle, a blanket [or yoga mat] and cushion for the sound journey.

All tickets include cacao - please select if you would like sweetened or unsweetened.

Doors will open at 6.50pm.

See you there!
