Celebrate Neighbour Day with The Augusta Singers
Event description
Come along to this FREE event for Neighbour Day at the Buckland Church and enjoy the deep acoustic sounds of The Augusta Singers choir as we welcome them back to the chancel in the church. The concert will include songs such as SCARBORUOUGH FAIR: Simon & Garfunkel (1968), AND SO IT GOES: Billy Joel (1983), YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE: Gerry and the Pacemakers (1963) and TENTERFIELD SADDLER: Peter Allen (1970).
The concert will be followed by Hight Tea at the Buckland Hall provided by the Friends of the Buckland Church volunteers.
The Neighbour Day concert is a way to make new connections in your community or just have an afternoon out with friends.
A free bus service will be provided on a 'first come, first served' basis from Orford and Triabunna, generously sponsored by East Coast Coaches. Bookings are essential with seats limited.
